    • Live Video Call – start a text chat with customer service and wait to be assisted for a video call.
    • Via Mail – a postcard will be sent to you within 14 business days with a verification code.

You can get instant verification if you verify your website with Google Search Console. You can use bulk verification if you have ten businesses in the same area or location.

How to add a business profile using Google Maps

To add a business profile using Google Maps, simply follow these steps below:

  • Step 1: Sign in to Google Maps
  • Step 2: Add your business using any of the three methods below:
    • Option 1: Right-click anywhere on the map, and click “Add your business.”
    • Option 2: Click “Menu” and select “Add your business.”
    • Option 3: Enter business in the search bar, and on the left, in Business Profile, click “Add your business.”

  • Step 1: Sign in to Google Maps

  • Step 3: Click the correct business name.

How to edit an existing Google Business Profile (GBP)

  • Step 1: Use Google Search or sign in to Google Maps to find the business profile
  • Step 2: Select “Edit Profile,” then click “Business information”
