Brainless Lab SL (hereinafter, the Company); with NIF B86168978; registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, volume 28589, page 156, section 8, entry 1 with sheet 514734; registered office in Spain, Avenida Séptima, 23, Madrid; and email contact@reportingninja.com, is the owner of the website located at the Internet address https://www.reportingninja.com (hereinafter, this Website).

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser so it can read them again later. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as browser storage or scripts that send information about your visit to a third party.

Some cookies are necessary for the website to work or to remember your choices, and we use them without asking. Others, like analytics cookies, are not necessary, and you decide whether we can use them.

3. Cookies and similar technologies we use

Necessary

• rn_consent: Reporting Ninja. Remembers whether you accepted or denied analytics. Duration: 12 months. Type: own, necessary.
• rn_cc_landed (browser session storage, not a cookie): Reporting Ninja. Marks the first page of your visit, so the banner is counted only once per visit. It only stores the value "1". Duration: until you close the tab. Type: own, necessary.
• _cfuvid: Cloudflare, the security service in front of our hosting provider. Lets the firewall tell apart visitors who share the same IP address. Duration: session. Type: own domain, managed by Cloudflare, necessary.
• fs-cc: Reporting Ninja (previous cookie banner). Stored the choice you made in our previous banner. We read it once to keep that choice and no longer use it. Duration: up to 12 months from when it was set. Type: own, necessary.

Analytics (only with your choice, see section 5)

• _ga: Google (Google Analytics). Tells one visitor apart from another. Duration: 2 years (some browsers shorten it; Chrome keeps it 400 days). Type: third party (Google) on our domain, analytics.
• _ga_HBZ3G2X6G8: Google (Google Analytics). Keeps the state of your visit (session). Duration: 2 years (400 days in Chrome). Type: third party (Google) on our domain, analytics.
• Promptwatch (no cookie): Promptwatch. Measures visits, including those that arrive from AI assistants. It does not use cookies or store anything in your browser: on each page view it sends Promptwatch the page address, the page you came from, your browser language and your time zone. Duration: nothing is stored in your browser. Type: third party, analytics.

We use Google Analytics only to measure. Google signals and ads personalization are turned off: it does not relate your visits to your Google account or build groups of visitors to show them ads. The only thing that goes to our Google Ads account is the count of sign-ups and subscriptions, so we know which ads work. Google Analytics keeps the data linked to these cookies for 14 months.

Content from other providers

These services load content on some pages and work regardless of the choice you make in our banner.

• _GRECAPTCHA: Google reCAPTCHA. Protects the contact form against spam and abuse. Duration: 6 months. When you open the contact page.
• YSC: YouTube. Security of the video player. Duration: session. Only if you open one of our videos.
• VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, VISITOR_PRIVACY_METADATA, __Secure-YNID, __Secure-ROLLOUT_TOKEN: YouTube. YouTube's own settings, recommendations, troubleshooting and measurement. Duration: 6 months. Only if you open one of our videos.

YouTube cookies are kept separate for this website: YouTube cannot read them on other sites.

These providers load files without setting cookies, and receive your IP address like any website you connect to:

• Webflow (hosting of this website) and Amazon CloudFront (one of its files).
• jsDelivr, which serves some of the scripts of the website.
• Google Fonts and Google Hosted Libraries, for the fonts.
• Embedly, which shows our YouTube videos.
• Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics.

4. How to accept, deny or change your choice

• Banner. When it is shown, choose Accept or Deny. If you close it without choosing, we do not store any choice and will ask you again.
• "Cookie settings". The link at the bottom of every page opens the banner again at any time, so you can change your choice. Withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it.
• Your browser. You can delete the cookies already stored, or block them, from your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. If you delete rn_consent, we will ask you again.

We remember your choice for 12 months. After that we ask you again.

5. What happens if you accept or deny

• Accept: Google Analytics and Promptwatch are active in this browser.
• Deny: from that moment Google Analytics and Promptwatch stop working in this browser. The Google Analytics cookies already stored are no longer used; you can delete them from your browser. The website works exactly the same.
• Until you choose: depending on the region you visit us from, Google Analytics and Promptwatch may already be active. If you click Deny, they stop.

Your choice does not affect the content from other providers in section 3 (reCAPTCHA, YouTube, fonts and hosting).

6. Third parties and international transfers

• Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA, YouTube, Google Fonts). Google may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses Standard Contractual Clauses where needed (Google's privacy frameworks). How Google uses this data: How Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google Privacy Policy. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Promptwatch (Promptwatch B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands): Promptwatch privacy policy.
• Webflow, the hosting provider of this website, serves it from the United States.

Third parties that set their own cookies, like YouTube or reCAPTCHA, explain their transfers in their own policies. If you accept third-party cookies and later want to remove them, delete them from your browser.

7. Record of your choice

When you click Accept or Deny, we keep a record to be able to prove your choice: a random identifier created for that decision, the decision, the date and time, the version of the banner text, the language of the page and whether the time zone of your browser belongs to the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. We do not store your IP address, the page address or details about your browser or device, and the record cannot be linked to you. Your IP address is only used for a moment to protect the service from abuse. Each record is deleted after 24 months.

We also keep anonymous daily totals (how many times the banner was shown, accepted, denied or closed) that do not relate to any person.

8. The Reporting Ninja application

The application at app.reportingninja.com uses its own technical cookies to keep you signed in. On its sign-up page and on the page you see after paying, it also uses Google Analytics with the same cookies described in section 3, and respects the choice you made on this website: if you denied, your sign-up and your payment are not sent to Google Analytics.

9. Changes to this policy

If the cookies we use or their purposes change, we will update this policy and ask you again for your choice when needed.
