FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Which ecommerce platforms can I report on?

Shopify is the store platform we connect. Next to it go Klaviyo and Mailchimp for email, Google Analytics 4 for the site and the ad platforms we connect, from Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads to Microsoft Ads, Pinterest Ads and Amazon Ads.

Can I see ad spend and store sales in the same report?

Yes. Each section of a report reads the accounts you assign to it, so the store, the email platform and the ad accounts sit side by side.

Why doesn't Klaviyo's revenue match Shopify's?

Each platform counts revenue its own way: Klaviyo credits orders to the emails and texts people received before buying, Shopify counts every order. The Klaviyo report explains the difference in plain words.

Can I report on products and stock?

Yes. The products that sold in the period and the inventory as it stands today come straight from Shopify.

Can I get an email when sales drop?

Yes. Set a threshold on a Shopify, Klaviyo or ad platform metric. Reporting Ninja checks it every day and, when it's crossed, emails you the next morning with a short note written by AI.
